The late Fred C Bottom was my great Uncle. He was my Grandfather's Brother - whom was also a Grenadier. He served with the 1st Battalion in World War 2 and I knew him from when I was a child, until he died in 1981. He was a great man and I have a lot of respect for the Grenadiers because of him. Fred is top left, my Grandfather is bottom right.
