I'm back on the BBC tonight, hopefully I have time to deliver some amazing news that I received from @north_staffs_mind that will help more men in north Staffordshire.

This was from my interview on the BBC breakfast show Friday about the world's first kilimanjaro climb. I didn't expect to be back on air again.

I got thrown this fast ball last night. I will be on BBC midlands today, from 1830 tonight if you want to tune in.

Also, we are now over £20,000 raised for the kilimanjaro, mountains for mental health climb. 🙌🏼💚🧠
